Who is responsible

The Garden Atelier is the garden design and visualisation practice of Kameliya Anastasova, based in Wimbledon, London. For questions about your information, contact thegardenatelier.uk@gmail.com.

When you make an enquiry

The enquiry form collects your name, email address and project description. You may also provide a town or postcode and a link to photos or plans. This information is used to respond to your request, discuss the project and prepare a proposal where appropriate. It is not a newsletter signup.

The form is provided by Wix. Submissions are stored in the site’s Wix account and are available to the site owner and authorised collaborators. If you choose to email directly, your message is also handled by the email service used for the correspondence.

Why the information is used

Enquiry details are used to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Information may also be used for the legitimate interests of responding to correspondence, keeping relevant business records and protecting the website from misuse. Where optional website analytics are enabled, they are based on your cookie choice.

Website data and service providers

Wix hosts this website and provides the enquiry form, security and analytics features. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses and request data. Keeping information

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and any resulting project, and for relevant business or legal record-keeping. The appropriate period depends on the relationship and the records involved. You can ask whether information about you is held and request its deletion, subject to any legitimate reason or obligation to retain it.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to receive a portable copy. Contact the email address above to make a request. You may raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

You can change optional analytics consent at any time using Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
